Coffee Review - Colombia K-Cup by Green Mountain Coffee
89
Roast: Medium Review Date: April 2011
Origin: Colombia Price: $15.45/24 K-Cups

Blind Assessment: (As brewed in a Keurig B70 Platinum single-serve brewing device using a "K-Cup" capsule to produce 6-ounce serving): Sweet-toned, soft, balanced, with a grapy, Riesling-like fruit and hints of dark chocolate and flowers. Muted aroma and short (if rich) finish. Best in the cup: bright, delicate acidity, lightly syrupy mouthfeel and gently complex flavor.

Notes: This coffee is Fair Trade certified, meaning this coffee was purchased from small-holding farmers at a “fair” or economically sustainable price. Reviewed in K-Cup format for Keurig single-serve brewers. Keurig brewing devices were among the first single-serve brewers on the market, starting in the mid 1990's with office models and now offered in several home models with a variety of features and price points. Coffee, more so than wine, is a continually changing product. Recent reviews, whether written by Coffee Review or readers, are most likely to reflect current versions of a given coffee.
