Notes: Produced from trees of the Caturra and Catuai varieties on award-winning Finca Santa Lucia by farmer Ricardo Perez Barrantes. Most likely a touch of fruit pulp was allowed to dry on the beans, accounting for a delicately clean fruit and wine-like cup character.
