Blind Assessment: Rich aroma and flavor highlighted by sweet-toned lemon with suggestions of flowers, berries and baking chocolate. Bright acidity, lightly syrupy mouthfeel and a finish that fades perhaps a bit too quickly, especially as the cup cools.
