Blind Assessment: An almost textbook example of a carefully wet-processed, soft-bean, low-altitude coffee: light-to-medium-bodied, free of defect, pleasingly soft, slightly sweet. Reviewer consensus on all of the above, although one (who admitted his dislike of washed Brazils in his cover note) concurred with the overall description but still didn't like the coffee.

Notes: A textbook example of this type of processing and low-altitude coffee: light-to-medium-bodied, free of defect, pleasingly soft, slightly sweet. Originally reviewed by a panel as a green coffee. Processed by the wet or washed method (virtually all of the fruity material is stripped from the coffee beans or seeds by a succession of steps, most involving water, before the beans are dried).

Who Should Drink It: Same Brazil story with a washed subplot: nothing wrong, but is there enough right?

Coffee, more so than wine, is a continually changing product. Recent reviews, whether written by Coffee Review or readers, are most likely to reflect current versions of a given coffee.
