Blind Assessment: Deeply pungent, tightly complex aroma: grapefruit, earth, caramel, perhaps a hint of butter. In the cup fat bodied, sweetly pungent, with earth tones that lean toward a rich malt. The sweet-toned finish stays on the robust, rich side of astringent.
